I had done my rent payment through Credit Card on 15 May 2023 by 0946AM. However, the rent has not been credited to the beneficiary account not refunded my credit card account till date neither provide refund reference number by Phone pe customer support as well as app.
I had contact phonepe customer support so many times but it couldn’t valuable for me. So I would request to refund my rent payment to my credit card account at the earliest. It is once again intimated that phonepe transaction shown successful but it couldn’t credited to beneficiary account. Payment receipt, UTR No and transaction ID is attached for your ready reference
