I am working for a company named Neilmed Devices Pvt Ltd. The management is robbing the employees hard earned money. They say that we have not completed our login hours and deduct yes LOP(Loss of pay). And the money will be around 8k to 10k. Incase, we extend our shift, yet the money gets deducted for the same reason. They also had my break exceed report which shows as I exceeded for 3.28 hours on 8th July 2022. Unfortunately, that day was my week off and how is it that my access card got punched on my holiday. They deleted my work reports and blamed me, they changed my wholesale customer order to retail and again blame me saying I was the reason for loss. I have valid proofs to prove the harassment caused and also the salary scam. They are forcing me to resign my job now.
