Dear Sir,
Its a reference to my previous mail dated 15th Dec to 24th Dec and numerous calls to customer care of JIOMART for the
order # 16073343199058807M-01
It’s so disheartening to see such a huge company is having severe technical glitches and loopholes in it’s entire system.
I am Neha Rathi living in Worli (Mumbai).
I am a freelancer councellor with no perfect timings for my clients.
On 7 th of December, I placed the order of 30 products worth Rs. 4496.5 from Jio mart. It was my 2 nd order. On 9 th Dec I got the message stated below from jiomart for the delivery schedule.

I gave my maid 4500 Rs to be paid to jiomart executive at the time of delivery of goods. She is uneducated and did the same as per my instruction and called me for the OTP number. I been
in middle of meeting, thinking everything to be perfect, gave her the OTP number. When I reached home, I realized 20 products worth Rs 2735 rs is missing.
From the very next day, I am calling every single day to the customer care executive to increase my mental trauma with no profound answer. From last 15 days I had been mailing to [email protected] with no proper response.
Sir, we belong to a very simple middle class family with high morals in life. For me it was a month supplies and now I need to spent another amount to buy all this.
I believe that online shopping not only saves time but money too.
Here, the scenario changed and it had not only given me financial loss but also the emotional trauma and mental agony.
I am honest in my approach and do expect the fair judgement.
Sir please look into this matter at earliest.
