Text of Complaint by Sreyansh Jaiswal:

Hi,

I’m Sreyansh, a resident of Sukia Street, Calcutta.

I am not being able to access the internet since 20th of May. I am working from home and am solely dependent on Airtel network.

While other networks are working better, airtel has failed to provide me a secure and stable network. Initially i thought it must be due t the cycloan, and will be made in place in a week, but now the situation has got worse.

With the outbreak of Covid and Unlock 1.0, if Airtel fails to provide me a secure network  i will have to go to office which is full of risk, which endangers my life as well as that of my family.

I have been unable to work unsteadily since the past 10 days, and been losing revenue.

They do not work on queries and complaints, and speaking to a customer care executive is a dream and next to impossible.

I am entitled to 2/3gb per day, and haven’t been able to make use of it.
