Text of Complaint by Parveen poria:

  • I placed an order for a HP laptop bag on 12th October 2018 on flipcart, they have mentioned delivery date 21st October. on 21st October I waited for delivery till 9: 00 PM but delivery didn’t done. I called flipcart customer care they told me that you will receive your package within 24 hours. I waited for next day but the same situation repeated. I looked over order detail then they mentioned that package will deliver on 24th October but even on this date the delivery didn’t done.  Then again I called flipcart customer care there was a executive named Javed told me that your package will be there on that date till 7 PM and if will not deliver it will deliver in 24 hours. On 25th October today I again called flipcart customer care an executive named KShetij told me that your order will you placed will be deliver wihtin 2 days. They fraudulently makes me fool. So I want to register a complaint against flipcart. Thanks
