I have placed an order with PAYTM mall and they haven’t responded properly. I have got a message from Paytm mall for delivering the parcel but no one has called. I have also tried to reach them on the provided numbers but the number is not at all connecting.
I have raised the complainant in the Paytm mall multiple times about the issue but no response.
All of suddenly today I have received the order status as cancelled. This is really negligence towards a customer order request and I see a worthless service from Paytm mall against my order.
