I am one of your broadband service customer and I am very unhappy with your service. It’s been only two weeks since I took this new connection and in this two weeks nearly every week I had to call one of your service persons. I am having work from home enabled and in this two weeks more than 48 hours there were no network.
Even when I raise a ticket your engineers workers close the ticket from backend and never even give a call. Even when you engineers come to visit instead of resolving the issue they told that the entire rewiring has to be done I don’t understand in 2 weeks how can a new connection require rewiring. This shows the pathetic and unprofessional work culture in your firm.
I will attach the pics of how r u engineers left my place after they came to resolve the issue and will your company bare the losses I have to explain at my firm to not be able to work?
I need a complete refund of the amount I paid to get this new connection which is of no use and for your pathetic customer service, as you treat your customers.
I need the entire amount I paid back and want your pethetic broadband disconnected. Jun 9tg I had take this connection!! In this short period I have experienced the quality and credibility of your service. When we have to pay money you make your employees call us 100 times but when there is an issue no calls or enquires just close the raised complaint tickets.
I expect a quick reply or call back, and I need to know why do you treat your customers like garbage?
And please don’t give me excuses like it’s COVID so the delay when I had to take a new connection your team got it done within hours but when an issue occurs COVID is delaying their services.
