Hello, I’m Abdul Wahab. I bought an AC of LLOYD (1.5 ton) on 2019 and it was working fine until this year we’re facing the problem of cooling. We tried to contact the service center on May 5 and they provided a technician on may 9. The technician told us that there’s a gas leakage problem and asked us to pay 3k for gas refilling. After a week, we were facing the same problem. So we again contacted the technician, but he didn’t received our calls and moreover misbehaved with us. I’ve been trying to reach out to their customer service team since May 23 but there’s no technician provide since then. Despite raising a complaint multiple times and coordinating with the customer service team, there no solution provided. One of the customer representative told me that, the technician is accusing us saying that, we haven’t paid him the charge for filling the gas.
Kindly help me to get my Air Conditioner repaired or provide us with a new Air Conditioner.
