Hello, I have taken loan form mpokket app during my college days. I was very consistent in repaying the loan before due date . I have no active loans present. But recently I have seen that my credit score was getting effected as the team didn’t changed the status of my loan which I repayed long back. This negligence by mpokket team leads to the reduction of my credit score and now I don’t have credit score that was desired. Please take necessary actions to clear my issue
