Text of Complaint by Ashutosh Dubey:

Hi Team,

I have written repeatedly to SBI regarding bill payment for my credit card.
First I received my credit card with the wrong name, then when my name was updated after my intervention, I received a bill for my credit card dues and when I asked for the clarification for the bill, there has been no reply. It has been months since I have written to sBi, yet, I have not received any clarification.
Moreover, when I tried to make the payment, I kept on receiving the message that I can not make excess payment.

Because of this lack of communication on the part of SBI, my cibil score has taken a beating and has gone done significantly from around 800 to 662. This negligence is unacceptable. Infact, even while trying to make the payment( I was getting a message that I can not make an excess payment ( screenshot attached).

I want my cibil score restored at the earliest along with a detailed explanation for such negligence by SBI and monetary fine payment because of this negligence as this has taken a toll on me mentally.

The sales representatives are proactive while reaching out for credit cards but go cold when customers are trying to reach out for clarifications
