I have been suffering from no Internet on my jio fiber router since 1 August, 2022 and have requested for a engineer visit on the same day but it has been since 12 days as on 12 aug, 2022 and their staff is just blatantly ignoring my calls and customer support sayinv that it will be resolved in priority and i have been hearing this since 5 aug that my request has been escalated but it has not provided me any proper solution. And once again my visit from engineer from jio was rescheduled automatically without any concerns for customer to 16 aug. I am literally frustrated
