I have paid all the loan installments on time which got sanctioned by kredit bee but in April 2021 they have stated an unclear balance of Rs 22 which negatively impacted my cibil score for 2 months and i was helpless i want full justification if how can they do that even if. I paid all the installments on time without any Delay
