Text of Complaint by Neelufer:

Customer care executives of Meesho never call back inspite of requesting for call for more than 5-6 times. And when they call they don’t even listen to customer’s complaint and keep asking again & again..is there anything else. They mute the call unnecessarily and intentionally to engage in their personal work. and when asked they reply technical issue. It’s has happened more than 5 times especially by female executives . Repeatedly done by the executive named Priya. Kindly take the action against these executives.
