Its very sad to bring to your notice, that I am Deependra Thakur was working with SBI general Insurance & using no 8518880868 Airtel no where Airtel is service provided for SBIG, I have taken approval from my Department Head for retaining this no for personal use & convert it in Individual for which I have submitted NOC also from SBIG corporate office on 11th April at Airtel Gallery of Indore Indraprasth Tower to Mr Charan for which SR 90109478 was logged, he told me for 3 days period but the SR was not closed & got call from Airtel that again I need to visit Gallery,
I visited on 18th again where new SR 90156734 was logged which remained open till now, Very irate I visited 3rd time, where Mr Charan told that this time it would close for sure as He mailed also the snapshot of approval which he has taken from Customer service head for transferring CUG to Individual basis my NOC provided, but Pls note my SR is still not closed & on 17th & again on 20th today received call from Airtel customer care that I need to visit Gallery,
I do not understand cant people have department connectivity & cannot coordinate internally & provide resolution. Why Airtel customer care people not checking the approval attached in SR’s & even mailed also, It is waste of my Important time.
Its my request to kindly get it resolved on priority, else I need to escalate it now through SBI Head office also which is not good for the image of Airtel company.
