I have purchased aquguard water purifier UV+UF in flipkart after it was delivered and technician visited for installation then he checked that product and told me this product will not work for my area which i having around 400 TDS and using bore well water, he mentioned it will work for only muncipal water, then i raised a return request but flipkart says as per the return policy it replaced with same item which i am facing it will not work for my area .
And it not mentioned in the description of the product that it wil work for borewell water or muncipal water, so i have raised a return request again but it got rejected multilple times, and i have called to multiple times to cutomer care but not solved the issue, then finally atleast i tought to install the product but when day before yesterday when technician come to install and he installed and went away after that purifier is overflowing and water leaking then i called to customer care and one more techician visited today he checked but still not resolved and one more thing that he checked the TDS it is increaising and he mentioned these purifier water will be not good for health.
so i am saying from my end please take return this product then i will buy one more product which suites to my area water conditions.
please help on the same .

please check this link it not mentioned it wil work for under which water, where i can see now in amazon it mentioned.
I dont aware of all these things TDS and all, when technician came then only he explained so now we are aware.
so please help on the same
