hi sir,

This is hari siva shankar from tamilnadu..my airtel number 9500895892.on march 24, 2020. i recharged 349rs through to airtel app.. but its not getting recharged same as well deducted amount from my bank account.. still i didn’t get that amount. so kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

i attached that reported image. it contains reference number and all. pls refer it.
