I’m trying to close my existing loan so I tried to reach out every customer care but I haven’t got a correct response from anyone. Some people are asking me to pay 20k or some are 15+ but in my cibil the due amount is showing 4800 and I don’t know whom to trust. I have attached the cibil screenshot for your reference please check and help me to close the loan amount.
