I have done all payments still loan account is active. Kindly help to close asap as it’s affecting my CIBIL.

Dear Sir/Madam
Just came to know from Cibil statement that I have taken al loan for an amount of Rs. 1,02,058, which I have never applied for, and the same is reflecting in my Cibil score from past 5 months.
I have never applied for this loan not these amount has credited to my account.
Please help in this regards, a way forward.
