We have been complaining about our TATA SKY not functioning since 10 days now! And still there has been no revert from your team. Your team member, Abhay and Vasudev have mentioned that the mountboard is rusted and needs to be changed. However, after following up with them constantly since a week, there is no step taken. Everyday we are informed that a technician would come. We leave all our work and wait for the technician. But no one turns up! We have been regular customers of Tata Sky and this behaviour is ridiculous! I must say your customer service is horrible!!! We are highly disappointed and want to remove our Tata Sky connection.
