There is no Jio Fiber Service in my new area. I raised request to discontinue the connection and take their device so that I will get my security deposit.
After multiple reminder and follow-up nobody is coming/responding to collect the device and my security deposit is pending from past 1month.
They are closing the service request without conclusion.
