My father’s sim is not picking up packet switch and so cannot use his data. I have tried his sim in my phone and its the same. In addition, I have tried my sim in his phone, it works fine. So, its not a handset fault. Hence either I need that addressed as it couldĀ be a provisioning issue or sim fault. Now my father is over than 70 yrs of age and asthamatic and cannot put his life at risk to the pandemic. I spoke to the customer care and they refuse to send a replacement sim by post. I keep getting error, opps! the information is incorrect on ivr when i enter the 10 digit mobile number. I need to know what measures have you taken to help the senior citizens during this pandemic and need sim be posted to my father.
