We opted for the NEET crash course at HeyCoach for my son exam preparation, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. The course was completely disorganized, with class schedules frequently shuffled without notice. My son struggled to keep up as sessions were often canceled or delayed. We decided to discontinue, but HeyCoach is refusing to refund the fees even though the service was not delivered as promised. This has been a waste of time and money.
