Text of Complaint by Varalakshmi:

I bought a laptop at Flipkart app, and while using i noted that the laptop is not working fine and complaint this to Flipkart customer care and support team. Non of them are helping instead of saying replacement, I’m working at reputed company Andi need laptop on urgent basis but if i asked for replacement then it will take another 15days, sobi have arranged another laptop and working, now I don’t need a laptop that I bought from Flipkart, Flipkart customer care lady called me then i informed my issue to her and then she said 2nd may technician will come and see the laptop after that 5th May will take return then 9th may you will get refund, yesterday I got a call from Flipkart customer care executive and i told him that already spoke a lady , he said ok after 2 min of disconnect his call i got return cancel msg, after that I send a mail to cs@flipkart but they blocked my email id, tomorrow is last day for return,
I need refund, i paid 19k plus, it’s my 2 month salary, kindly get my money back and take your laptop
