- I have purchased redmi MI note 10 Pro mobile from Amazon. And it reached to me on 29 June. But after using it half an hour I found that it started heating and it also take more time to charge it completely. I want to cancel my order but their is no option of cancellation. I am very disappointed now. I need my money back. Beacz amzon providing replacement only for which I have to wait for a Month. But I can’t wait. I want to cancel my order instead of replacement.
- I only want my money back because I trusted on Amazon with blind eyes and I won’t see replacement option. I think I get refund if product found defective.
- So please provide me my full refund.
- If not possible then please provide me my product within 4 to 5 days.
