This is kusuma.i had booked bus ticket from Bangalore to Vijayawada on 8th Aug 2019 with 8944201982 booking ID with Komitla travels.
While on boarding cleaner told us that they will exchange the bus in Tirupati.which means they alrdy know the bus condition in Bangalore itself.after 160 kilometers bus stopped running Time was 1.30 PM. Bus driver asking us to wait for 4 to 5 hrs bus has to come from Nellore.we have our own plans we can’t wait.we traveled through someother with somuch of struggle as it’s weekend all buses are full.
I called paytm customer care almost 10 times but there is no response.
I want my money back.i have paid 3500.Such a worst experience I ever had.pls do needfull.
