I Ordered a phone From Amazon, and paid online.After sometime my Amazon account was put on hold So I talked to customer care after which they are only advising me to wait. Today it’s been 25 days and till now I have not received my phone nor money refunded. Every time when I call customer care the only thing they tell is “Investigation is going on and wait for another 24hrs”. But I’m not hearing back from them.
