I replaced this refrigerator thrice from the company and everytime, I am getting the faulty product. Last time, I asked them to refund the money so that I can buy the new one as this refrigerator is not upto the mark. They committed over the email that they will refund if again the product will get faulty. Currently, I am getting the water leaking issue on this refrigerator and I asked the incident over email and complaint number. One of the technician visited and he said that company will provide you refund or replace accordingly once I shared the report, I asked for the refund and never received any communication or report for the same. When I called them, they asked me to email us regarding this issue. I emailed them and took so many follow ups since sep 20, 2022 but never received any response from them. Requesting you to please look into this matter.
