I was doing my hotel room booking payment though net banking by Yono sbi and verify and confirm IBIBO web pvt limited transactions details. Rs 1589 deducted from my SBI account on 30/06/2021 but not credited to any beneficiary account transactions for INR. IBIBO successfully completed reference ID-13402698867. Kindly please verify the issue and refund the transactions amount to my account.
