Hi team,
We have Vodafone family postpaid plan with below three numbers and we requested to prepaid
9916349880 – not conerted to prepaid
9962900444 – converted to prepaid
8220223444 – not converted to prepaid
We cleared postpaid bill and we paid 320 rs for each sim for prepaid convert in tirupati Vodafone mini store
We requested on 2nd april but it’s not converted to prepaid
Everyday we are followed up with vi customer care they raise tickets and closing but issue is not solved
We are no more paying any post paid charges, it’s been 18 days till now am not sure why request is rejected
Till now I submitted proofs twice in mini store, I dont want waste my time to call your people and going to mini store.i need to travel 80 km to reach store.
I want immediate resolution on this
