Hi I am trying my best to recover my number which got disconnected due to no bill payment made during the pandemic 2020 23rd March the lockdown was imposed in mumbai to take precautions to be safe from covid 19, I didn’t make the payment as was short of fund then in the month July 31st my number was disconnected completely and the lockdown was still going on due to which I was not able to reach any of the airtel gallery to make the payment and to retrieve my number 9987777331 as the lockdown was still on and off going on till 31st March 2021 after which the airtel gallery was completely functional I tried reaching many a to the gallery in regard to activate my number but earlier the number was not showing into the airtel system later few days down the excutive told me I have to make the payment of 25000/rs resume the same number as the number show into the vvip list or vanity premium number list that is chargeable hence I have suffered alot from the airtel and now I feel it’s completely wrong to charge a person who is own number that I am using since 2012 I would request you to kindly help me get my number as it’s very important & urgent for me as I have no access to my other account due to not having my number with me
