Need help Complaint Regarding Incorrect Loan Amount and Fraudulent Cancellation Request

Text of Complaint by Ulkesh Talekar:

Hello,
I took a loan from your application which I downloaded from the Google Play Store. I applied for a loan amount of ₹3000, but I received only ₹1800 in my bank account.
After that, I tried many times to contact your customer support but I was unable to reach anyone. Later, I somehow found a contact number through Google Chrome and called that number.
During the call, I was informed that another loan amount had been added to my account, even though I had not applied for any additional loan. The person asked me to send payment through a QR code on WhatsApp and told me that he would cancel that extra loan.
However, even after making the payment, the loan amount has still not been cancelled.
Later, the same person called me again and told me that I need to pay another ₹1800, otherwise the loan cancellation process will not be completed. I informed him that I only had the same amount in my account.
He then said he would try to cancel one of the loans, but until now nothing has been cancelled.
I have call recordings, screenshots of the QR code, and chat screenshots as proof.
Please check this issue and provide me with a clear explanation and proper resolution as soon as possible.
