Hello Airtel,

This is Ramesh M, who recently took the airtel black plan# 10101020102736 on May 26th evening.

From the activation day, I have been facing frequent Wi-Fi drop and I have raised complaints multiple times, however the assignee simply restarts/configures the modem and closes the ticket asking to verify in 30 mins not giving time to verify or not completely solving the issue.

But the issue always persists and this is 4th day from activation, me and my family WFH is totally impacting and causing a lot of impact.

Can this be escalated and get this issue resolved immediately.
