I had a PC fin account ( 191115020047326177), which I closed in 2021. But still overdue amount and random balance is reported in my CIBIL report. Since PC Fin is banned by RBI, I am not able to reach them for help.
I need clarification on the overdue amount. And would like to see this account closed with no negative remarks.
