Recently I was checked my cibil report, it’s showing some loan for ndxp person loan, I don’t know how to clear it, please help to clear my cibil report

I am M PREM SAI, I got the NDXP loan once upon a time. I closed the loan account, in my credit report Amount Overdue was mentioned. What was the Cibil pending closure amount? Kindly inform me immediately. Already I sent through email, but no response. Consider my query. Thank you.
