Dear Team,
I have registered with JODO for making school fee payments for my kids and have been paying the all the EMIs to JODO exactly on time (attached payment history for both kids)
However, while reviewing my CIBIL report today, I was very surprised and disappointed to see that NDXP has reported me for non-payment of your payment, wherein I had made all my payments on time. It impacted my credit score by around 40 points, which is a very huge impact on my credit score.
This is a major concern that NDXP reported me for non payment, even after making all the payments on time. Kindly address this concern at the earliest
