Text of Complaint by Rizwan Mohammed:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Ram Fincorp a money lending is cheating customers with manipulation in the payment dates saying there is a technical glitch in their app.

I have taken a loan on Aug 11 with the 33 days loan repayment date but I received a call on 30 Aud not even 20 days to repay the month as it’s my due date where as while taking the loan it as shown as 33 days from the date of taking loan and when we asked the same the representatives are threatening saying they will message up the Cibil and many more things , even the sanction letter they sent it’s mentioned as 33 days tenure. I came to know it’s just not my problem as I have found many more customers with the same problem , as this constitutes to a fraud and unnecessary harrasment on customers by Ramfincorp.
I Kindly request to take appropriate action against them and I’m also reporting to RBI the same.

Also informed I had made the payment taking another as It was unplanned because they shortened the repayment date and caused us lot of mental agony.
