Unauthorized Use of Personal Information: PayMe India has been misusing my contact number by registering it on various websites, including food delivery services, loan provider platforms, and miscellaneous online services, leading to constant OTP messages and verification calls.
Illegally Extracting Call Logs: They have unlawfully accessed my call history and are harassing the individuals I have contacted, pressuring them to make payments on my behalf. This is a direct violation of privacy and data protection laws.
Undisclosed Recovery Agents: The company has not provided any official details of their recovery agents, which is against RBI’s fair recovery guidelines.
Continuous Harassment via SMS and Calls: They are using an unidentified system to send numerous OTPs and spam messages through different websites, causing immense mental distress.
Unlawful Recovery Tactics: Instead of following legal recovery procedures, they are resorting to intimidation and harassment, targeting both me and my acquaintances.
