Hello Sir/ Ma’am,
I successfully made a re-payment of Rs.580/- to my FreoPay account on the 20th of July, 2022 but it is not reflected in my FreoPay account. They sent me a mail regarding this in which they claimed that they (FreoPay) will contact me within 48-72 hours. Today, it has been more than a week and I have not received any mail also I have written to them seven times regarding the same but I am not receiving any reply from them. The due date is coming nearer and nearer day by day. I am feeling helpless as e-mail is the only way to establish contact with them. Kindly, help me with this.
