Text of Complaint by Aditya Yadav:

I have received a whatsapp message from Stashfin saying that if I pay 10378 ( my 2 months’ EMI ), they will waive off all my overdue charges which is 29400.2 but I am not believeing this and call to customer support and confirm is right and they said yes today is closing date when you pay this amount today then I closed your loan account on the call and provide Noc to you and clears you cibil status all so
I paid the 10800 rs immediately as the message I received from is official Stashfin whatsapp account with their registered mobile number +91 7289077171.
after payment of 10800, after paying the amount they call me again and said to me 12000 more when I said that you tell me when pay 10800 to you closed it. but now she asked me ok just you pay 8000 and I provided noc to you and mentioned you cibil also but now they not pickup the call
so I contacted their customer care with the above information. after listening to all that, they are asking me to pay 12000 rs to close my loan account. but I have already paid 10800 rs which is my full amount and they sent me a message to waive of my overdue charges. still they are asking 8000 more from me to close my loan account.but today i see in the app they settlement 29879 show what can I do please help
