Since day 1 I ensured that I payed all loans on time and for those I missed I cleared penalty charges , as I recently lost my job i delayed in paying for 14 days for which they charged penalty , I payed and am about to fore close the loan but when i approached navi customer support for harassment resolution they mention they navi employees dosent harrase but they don’t tell us that they hired collection agency to harrase us , the foul Telugu language they used was unacceptable and they have the audacity and rules to say on customers face to pay or don’t you know to pay but they don’t have common sense to resolve customer query initially they said 72 hours from that 48 after that 24 they aren’t even sure how to resolve . All i request is take a serious action on using abusive language and I request no one to use this app for finance support
