Hi I have taken loan from Navi and I have paid their emi on time but from last few months I am having some financial problem due to that I was not able to pay their emi they stated harassing me by calling from various no and also their collection person stated abusing you threating you in front of neighbours of my flat and also in front of house landlord.they don’t follow any rbi guidelines they also threating to beat me up if I don’t pay their emi..kindly take serious action against this company and don’t give them licence to give loans to customers
