I have taken a loan from Navi but due to my medical health problems and job unemployment, Iam not able to pay the loan as I don’t have money, I wrote mails to Navi stating my condition and that I would start repaying as soon as I got a job and my financial condition improved but there is continuous harassment from Navi loan app, due to which my health and mental conditions deteriorated
