Hello Team, This is regarding the calls I am continuing receiving from the Navi agent for recovery I have taken this loan and paid approx half of the amount already but due to some financial issue (husband lost job due to bike accident) I was unable to make payment for this due to this he is using abusive language for my family members. I asked for some time so that I can make the rest of the payment however they are not understanding and now they are sending recovery agents at my house and those recovery agents are recording videos of us without our consent.
