I had taken a loan of 60000 from Navi. I have paid the emi every month even if it’s delayed as I have been jobless from past 1 month. They make WhatsApp video calls or Gmail video calls and try to belittle if we are not able to pay the emi any month. And for them we are defaulters even if delay in paying the emi. Navi should use proper customer service people instead of recovery agents who do not know how to talk to people.
