I have a loan on Navi loan app, this month (february 2024) before i lost my phone and sim where the app was linked,so i can’t do my payment. Now i faced a situation where i lost my uncle yesterday and they called us on saturday 23 rd feb 2024 for payment and i ask for some time because my bank account number was changed after losing my phone… But they call me and threatening me and use slung languages..I told them that i will pay EMI with penalties but they called me from many spam numbers and use slung languages. I know Navi is a RBI registered app then why they behave like this? Please take a step for this harassment .
