I had taken a loan from Navi several times and had paid on time. This time my EMI has been bounce due of some medical Emergency and fraud happen to me and I told them need settlement but they are calling me and threatening me, they even had steal my mobile data, contact list and photos.
They are saying if I didn’t pay my EMI with in this evening they will call my relatives and will share my photos and they have started even doing the same as per RBI guidelines this not legal way and I would also like to mention the complaints which we are exploring here no one is listening for what’s this platform for i don’t understand just for writing? Is it?
