I got my loan approved and completed all the steps. But not able to get the loan. Everytime I try to get the loan an error message occurred “something went wrong”. I also write to the support but after 15 days same issue happening. They are also unable to solve the issue. Don’t know what’s going on. I haven’t aced this type of issue onany other app. Alteast display the exact error message to customer so that he/she can understand what’s wrong.
