Hi i had taken loan from navi app and unable to pay February month emi due to financial problem so i already mailed to navi company regarding my bad financial problem and i told them i need some time to pay emi but they are not listening to me and started harassment calls and spam calls and sms and also whatsapp chats so i am so depressed and i want to filed a complaint againt company and want action against loan recovery agent. Manners less agents and bad staff Not understanding customer problems
