I have settled my NAVI Loan in the month of Dec 2021. Mr. Roy shared me final closure amount and I paid same amount in next minute. There was no pending from my end same NAVI did not share me any pending dues. I ask about NOC Mr. Roy said it is online so will get clear off as accordingly. Now after year NAVI team asking me to pay 2 EMI which are pending, I contact again Mr. Roy but he left organization and ask him to assist me on this issue but not sure what he is doing. NAVI team is keep calling and sending threat messages to me n forcing to pay amount when I don’t have any pending dues a per last conversation with Mr. Roy. So here either Roy did some fraud or NAVI but I am dragging in this unnecessarily. Really difficult because last year I suffered lot and again it start the same.
