I am writing to report ongoing harassment by NAVI Loans. Due to financial difficulties, I am sometimes delayed in paying my EMI, though I make sure to cover it monthly with the applicable late fees. Unfortunately, I currently do not have the funds to pay this month’s EMI.
Despite my efforts to remain compliant, NAVI representatives frequently pressure me with repeated calls to pay on the due date and threaten to contact my family, friends, and relatives, who have no involvement in this matter. This has caused significant distress and embarrassment for my relatives
I request your immediate intervention to halt these harassment tactics and ensure that NAVI adheres to ethical practices.
